Cabbage Casserole Recipe
You can make this recipe with fresh cabbage or canned cabbage. If you use fresh cabbage you need to steam it first until tender.
1 head cabbage, steamed or 2 cans cabbage, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
4 ozs. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Topping:1 roll Ritz crackers
1 tbsp. butter melted
Mix first four ingredients together in a 2 qt. casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with Ritz Crackers. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees or until heated through.
